Our Newport Mansion is built of real wood in the grand Victorian style. This architectural beauty features three floors, six spacious rooms, oversize attic, inviting balconies, two pair of swinging French doors and two spiral staircases. Both the spire and roof assembly are designed to "break-away"
if a child falls into them and then easily reattach for continued fun. Adult assembly required. Scale is 1" to 1". The wood Panels can be stained or painted. Child safe lead-free, non-toxic paint used. 28"W x 13-1/2"D x 38"H
