Our Chilton Brushed Clay Twin Loft Bed will help to maximize floor space in your kids bedroom. It features a twin size loft bed up top with 3 storage shelves built into the end of the bed. These spacious shelves are great for storing books and toys or decorative items. Both the shelves and the ladder be placed on either end of the bed depending on your bedroom configuration. The open space under the loft bed can be used as a sitting area by adding a fun bean bag or cute accent chair, or you can add a desk for a study area without losing floor space. It has guardrails all around for safety and the ladder has grooved rungs to prevent slipping. This loft bed frame has a 400lb weight capacity for sleeping not only kids and teens, but adults as well. Crafted of solid New Zealand pine, it is available in a Brushed Clay finish as shown, and is also available in Wilde White or Grandview Gray and finishes. The clearance under the loft bed is 51-1/2”H.
