Delivery Coordination and Scheduling

Large furniture ships by one of our specialty furniture carriers or freight. Once your order reaches the local terminal near your location, the carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. We work with established carrier partners and do a significant amount of vacation home and rental property business — we know how to communicate what you need, even if a specific day can't always be guaranteed. We'll do our best to relay your preferences.

Replacement Parts and After-Sale Support

Shipments on rare occasions arrive with transit damage and we insure our shipments just in case. How quickly will I get a response?

Can I request a specific delivery date?

You can share your preferred timing with us and we'll pass it along to the carrier. Once your shipment reaches the local terminal near your location, the delivery carrier will call you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Whether they can accommodate a specific day depends on their schedule and local availability. We do a significant amount of vacation rental business and have long-standing relationships with our carrier partners — we'll advocate on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee a particular date.
