Our Edrea Twin XL Bunk Bed has Twin XL sleeping space on both levels and adjustable lower rails. Plan space above the lower mattress and any optional storage below. Both beds take Twin XL mattresses. The White finish shown pairs beadboard bed ends with a simple frame, and Espresso is another finish choice. The center end ladder, two full-length guardrails and Euro-slats are included. Plan a clear approach to the ladder as part of your room layout.
Edrea is made from hardwood. Each bed has a six-hundred-pound weight capacity, on both the top and the bottom. Set the lower rails during assembly, and change their height later as your needs change. The low setting gives more space between beds; mattress thickness also affects that space. Use the higher rail position when you want an optional underbed unit. Choose the bunk bed alone, drawers with a cubby, or a Twin XL storage trundle.
The optional drawer unit gives you two drawers and a cubby for bedding and everyday belongings. Leave room in front to open the drawers. The optional Twin XL trundle can hold a mattress for another sleeping space, or use dividers for storage. Keep space clear so you can pull it out. The frame measures forty-three inches wide, eighty-seven inches long, and seventy inches high. Then check ceiling height, ladder access and space for any optional pull-outs.
We recommend a top Twin XL mattress no more than eight inches thick. If you choose the optional trundle, its mattress should also be no more than eight inches thick. Edrea can separate into two individual Twin XL beds later. Explore Edrea with Totally Home Furniture at the bean bag store dot com, or ask our team to help plan your room.
