Choosing a trundle bed starts with three questions. Is the pull-out included? What mattress size does it use? And do you have room to open it? Here are two arrangements from Totally Home Furniture. The Elsie White Twin over Twin Bunk Bed with Trundle and Stairs includes a Twin pull-out beneath two Twin bunks. All three sleeping surfaces are Twin, with mattresses purchased separately. The Beatrice White Queen Panel Bed has a Queen main bed. Add an optional Twin XL or Full XL storage trundle through the Configuration selection. The pull-out mattress follows that selected size. Beatrice also offers optional drawer sets with a cubby for one side or both sides. Its XL trundle can use dividers for storage. Elsie has removable trundle sideboards for storage use. The closed Elsie frame measures forty-three inches wide and ninety-seven inches long. The right-side staircase also needs clear access, with room to open its five end drawers. The Beatrice frame is sixty-six inches wide and eighty-seven inches long. With either bed, the closed frame dimensions do not include the additional space needed to use the pull-out. Start with the sleeping arrangement you need, confirm which pieces are included, and match each mattress to its own surface. Then measure the access side with nearby furniture in place. Compare trundle beds at the bean bag store dot com. Use the open and closed views, along with your room measurements, to choose a practical arrangement.
