Shipping included
Standard parcel shipping is included for eligible contiguous-U.S. addresses. Cartons may arrive separately. Delivery does not include carrying the furniture into your room, unpacking, positioning or packaging removal. Follow the supplied instructions when opening and allowing compressed upholstery to expand.
Islands, remote locations and addresses without standard delivery access may require additional arrangements or charges under our Shipping Information. Contact us before ordering if you need stair delivery, building paperwork or other special access. See our building COI requirements.

Contact Totally Home promptly if a defect is discovered, and retain your invoice, photographs and original packaging. Inspect the shipment at delivery and document visible damage on the delivery paperwork. Shipping damage is handled separately from manufacturer defects.
