Safety & Placement Tips

Ceiling clearance: Maintain comfortable headroom (commonly ~33–36″ from top of mattress to ceiling) so top sleepers can sit up.
Guardrails & slats: Full-length guardrails on the top bunk and proper slat support are essential. Use the recommended mattress height to keep rail protection effective. Correct mattress height allows more of the guardrail to be available for safe sleeping.
