Our Decorah White Low Loft Bed with Slide and Stairs is a great starter loft bed with stairs for your child. Not too high, it features a 3 step staircase at the end to climb into bed. Each stair has treads for safety and a built-in drawer for storing toys or clothes. On the other end is a slide for a fun way to get out of bed. For safe landings, be sure to leave ample room at the bottom of the slide. Underneath, you can add a bean bag, dresser or bookcase for a cool hideout spot underneath the bed. This low loft bed is built of solid birch in a White finish as shown, and also available in a Natural finish. At a later date, it will separate into a standard size bed, or you can add extender legs to convert the low loft bed to a high loft bed.
