It is crafted of solid birch with a 2000 pound weight capacity making it great not only for kids but for teens and adults as well! It is available in a White finish as shown or Natural. Includes: high xl loft bed, stairs with 4 storage drawers, 2 full length guardrails, and Euro-slats. The stairs can be placed on either end of the bed. Available in Twin XL or Full XL sizes.
