Not only does it provide storage space with 4 built-in drawers on the end, but the stairs provide additional safety for getting into the top twin bunk. The stairs can be placed on either end of the bed. The under bed area can be used to accommodate an optional set of 3 under bed storage drawers, or a twin size trundle for extra sleeping space. They are both priced separately see below. It is built of solid pine in a rich Espresso lacquered finish with silver nickel hardware. Available in Twin over Twin and Twin over Full sizes.
