Our Kirkwood Oak Wooden Bunk Beds feature a simple frame with mission styling on the bed ends. These bunk beds work great for kids bedrooms, but can also be used for adults as well. If you need bunk beds with storage, there is an optional set of 2 underbed storage drawers available that can be used for clothes or toys. Or if you need a bunk bed with trundle, there is an optional twin trundle available giving you an additional sleeping space. Both are priced separately, see below. Made from solid hard Rubberwood in an Oak finish as shown, these bunk beds are also available in Westwood Chocolate, Eastwood Cherry, Hollywood White or Bailey Natural finishes to work with any bedroom décor. At a later date, it will separate into 2 standard size beds. Available in Twin over Twin, Twin over Full or Full over Full sizes.

We are happy with the product, as well as the shipping, and communication up until receipt. I sent an email concerning missing parts within four days of receipt, and have not yet received a response.
We sincerely apologize for the delayed response regarding the missing parts. We've taken immediate action to resolve this and will ensure you receive the necessary replacements promptly. We are also taking steps to improve our communication to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your feedback.
It's interesting that you guys only sent me reviews for two of the products I ordered. The third product which was not included here, was a bed. It came missing two drawers and with the wrong sized spacer boards. Getting those issues fixed was not pleasant and the bed with the spacers does not match the picture on the website. The replacement drawers came with one of them broken the second time. Your customer service reps didn't take responsibility and blamed me at various points for continued errors. A manager in R&D (? Or something) called me and complained about how many company resources it was taking to rectify the situation and send the right parts! -not my problem dude! Sorry that it's expensive for you to fix your own mistakes. I would not order anything from this company again.
