Our Logan Chestnut XL Low Bunk Beds have the same strength and stability as a standard height bunk bed; it’s just not as high. This low bunk bed has either a twin xl or full xl bed on the top and bottom both with a 2000lb weight capacity! The low height works well with smaller rooms or rooms with slanted ceilings which are commonly found in older homes or vacation homes. You can easily sleep multiple adults, kids or teens in the 2 xl beds and it offers a twin xl storage trundle for under the bottom bunk as another sleeping spot. The storage trundle will hold a twin xl mattress or it comes with dividers and can be used as a large storage drawer. If you prefer more separated storage space, you add 2 under bed storage drawers, 2 storage cubbies with dividers, or 1 of each depending on your needs. The drawers have soft close metal glides ensuring they will last. They are all priced separately. At a later date, these xl bunk beds will separate into 2 beds if your sleeping needs change and you need beds in different rooms. It is made from solid birch in a Chestnut finish as shown, and in Girard Natural or Humboldt White finishes. Available sizes: Twin XL or Full XL. It is also available as a Low Queen Bunk Bed.

We are happy with the product, as well as the shipping, and communication up until receipt. I sent an email concerning missing parts within four days of receipt, and have not yet received a response.
We sincerely apologize for the delayed response regarding the missing parts. We've taken immediate action to resolve this and will ensure you receive the necessary replacements promptly. It's interesting that you guys only sent me reviews for two of the products I ordered. The third product which was not included here, was a bed. It came missing two drawers and with the wrong sized spacer boards. Getting those issues fixed was not pleasant and the bed with the spacers does not match the picture on the website. The replacement drawers came with one of them broken the second time. Your customer service reps didn't take responsibility and blamed me at various points for continued errors. A manager in R&D (? Or something) called me and complained about how many company resources it was taking to rectify the situation and send the right parts! -not my problem dude! Sorry that it's expensive for you to fix your own mistakes. I would not order anything from this company again.
