Our Madeline Chestnut Low Loft Bed with Desk and Storage offers you storage, study space, and a low bed all in one compact footprint. It features a low loft bed which has an 800lb weight capacity with two 3 drawer dressers and a small student desk tucked neatly underneath (the full size also includes a low narrow bookcase). The lower height is great for smaller kids or rooms with low ceilings. The pieces underneath are freestanding and can be moved to accommodate different room settings. It is made of solid birch in a Chestnut finish as shown, and is also available in White or Natural. The desk can be configured with the 2 drawers on the right or left side. The existing leg extensions can be removed at a later date to make a standard size bed. At a future date you can add extender legs to increase the height to a mid or high loft or bunk beds.
